Are there any discounts available for purchasing multiple courses or memberships?
We occasionally offer promotions and discounts. Stay updated on our website, social media channels, and newsletter to be notified of any special offers or bundle deals.
How do I reset my password if I forget it?
If you forget your password, simply click on the “Forgot Password” link on the login page. You’ll receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password and regain access to your account.
Can I share my membership login with others?
Your membership is intended for individual use only. Sharing login credentials is a violation of our terms of service and may result in the suspension of your account. Each member should have their own unique login.
How can I participate in the community discussions?
Engaging in community discussions is easy! Simply navigate to the “Community” section on our platform, find the group/topic of interest, and join the conversation by posting your thoughts and questions.
Can I download the pre-recorded courses for offline viewing?
Currently, our platform doesn’t support offline downloads. However, you can access your courses anytime through our website.
How do I contact support for assistance with my account or courses?
Can I cancel my community membership at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your community membership at any time from your account settings. Please note that membership fees are non-refundable.
Can I get a refund if I’m not satisfied with a pre-recorded course?
What topics are covered in the community membership?
Our community membership covers a wide range of mentoring and personal development topics. From goal setting to effective communication, our community is designed to help you grow both personally and professionally.
Are the (Conversation) sessions recorded for later viewing?
Yes, Zoom sessions are recorded and made available to members who might have missed the live event. You can find the recordings in the “Archive” section of your account which will be available for (30 days) after.
Can I upgrade my membership to include the P7 conversations?
Whilst membership upgrades to include P7 conversations aren’t available just yet, as a community subscriber, you will have the option to purchase these sessions at a discounted rate.
How do I access the pre-recorded courses after purchase?
After completing your purchase, your account will be upgraded and granted access to the pre-recorded courses.
Can I get a refund if I don’t like it? Is there a guarantee?

Do you offer live courses with the Founder Ricky Blair?
We do yes. These live course are launched every 3 months and are 8 week courses with weekly live sessions with Ricky carried out via Zoom.
Limited spaces are available for each live course and students registrations works on a first comes first serve basis.
Each live course is priced at $2,500. – not sure if I’d put pricing.

What do I do if I have follow up questions / struggling to understand a concept within a course?
Simple. Join our mentorship subscription. You will have access to 2 live group calls per month with our Founder Ricky Blair. Not only will this give you the opportunity to answer any questions that you may have but it will also give you the opportunity to learn from other students questions / challenges etc
Can I do more than one course?
You can yes. But we would strongly recommend that you let any course you complete integrate first before moving onto the next. If you need any guidance as to what’s next, we would reccomend you reach out to our team who can advise you as to what you do next
Will this work in my country?
Yes. We currently have students all across the US, Europe & Canada.
How do I figure out what course is right for me?
The best thing to do is review all the avalaible courses and see what aligns the most with where you’re at! If none of the options seem to fit, there is always the beskpoke course option which allows you to build your own beskpoke course that suits where YOU are at and where YOU want to go!

Don’t worry, we do offer payment plans for our curriculums and our monthly mentorship subscription has be priced sensible so that it can be accessed by all.
Will I have access to a community or discussion forum where I can interact with other students / instructors.

For as long as you have access to the course, you can re-take and review the course material as many times as you want!
